Basket boats are very common among Vietnamese fishermen and the single one shown in this picture was photographed within mere yards of busy market activity at the Nha Trang container port dockside of a large visiting cruise ship. Also, the basket boat shown is about to slip under the dock road and reappear on the far side where the fishermen land their boats and head for home up the dirt walkway in the rear of the photo.
